Standard Building Styles
At R.H. Vassallo, Inc., we offer many standard styles of buildings to meet your storage needs. The doors and windows can be positioned where you choose. You also choose the wall color, shingle color, and trim color. Additional doors, windows, cupolas, ramps, pads, vinyl siding, and other options can be added. We also do custom work and specialty buildings if needed, as well as large construction. Most of the styles listed below are available in sizes ranging from 6' x 8' through 14' x 36' at 2' intervals. Barn Roof
Our least expensive style, the Barn Roof captures both old country style and affordability. This is our most economical style per square foot of floor space. The price includes a set of double doors, a window, and a vent in the gable end.

Our most efficient style for general storage purposes, the A-Roof features high walls and an increased interior peak height, allowing for shelving and maximizing cubic storage volume. The price includes a set of double doors, two windows with shutters, and vents in the gable ends.
The Saltbox is a more decorative style, with its offset roof peak and steeper roof pitch. It is equipped with an 18" overhang on the front wall. The price includes a set of double doors, two windows with shutters and flowerboxes, and vents in the gable ends.
The Cottage combines the superior storage capacity of the A-Roof with a stylish appearance. Standard features include: 6" boxed overhangs on all sides, vinyl-clad metal panel doors with 11-lite windows, extra large 24"x36" sliding windows with frames, steeper roof pitch, and vents in the gable ends.

Cabin
The Cabin is structurally the same as the A-Roof, but includes a 4' pressure treated porch, with loft space above. The porch can be on the gable side or a corner porch. The price includes a set of double doors, 36" walk-in door, 5 windows with shutters and vents in the gable ends.

The High Side Barn Roof is basically our standard Barn Style fitted with 6' sidewalls. The higher side walls provide storage comparable to that of an A-Roof for those who prefer the style of a Barn Roof. The price includes a set of double doors, two windows with shutters, and vents in the gable ends.
The Garage is our standard A-Roof with taller walls to accommodate a 9'x7' overhead door and a 3/4" pressure treated plywood floor. The Garage is also available with no floor. The price includes an overhead door, 36" walk-in door, 2 windows with shutters, and vents in the gable ends.
Carports are built in our shop and delivered to your location. They are constructed of pressure treated 6"x6" columns and available in 12' widths. The most common size is 12'x24'.
